The sad thing is, that we have to stay within the law, no matter what action we take. The last thing we need is for anglers to start going to jail for trying to protect our stocks. Any suggestions about doing anything to anyone's boat should be activly discouraged. The law as we all know is a very fickle thing. Illegal activity is illegal no matter what the reason behind it may be .
I don't fish to catch fish. I just like using the gear.
