Hope this will be OK here, as it has a relevance to shore fishing. I have come across a report of the latest meeting aimed at thrashing out some sort of a deal between the EU and Norway and Iceland and the Faroe Islands over Mackerel. The meeting was held in Kinsale, as far as I can recall, for all the good it seems to have done. The site in general is a great place ofr all things to do with fishing they even give the fish prices from the Peterhead market and the landings.
I am sure that if this is in the wrong place some mod will be as quick to move it as they were to remove my last posts.
