was out at Portrane (Martello tower) today, never fished it before but it looks like it could be a decent lure fishing mark. Anyone any info on this place? Is it better to fish at LT or HT?

I tried it a couple of times years ago, but never even got a tap. Of course, that doesn't mean there aren't fish there, just that I didn't see them!
