Tide:hw23.30

Weather:cool and calm

Bait:crab

Rigs:flappers 3/0

Results:codling




Report:
night started very slow so slow that after an hour fishing and not even a bite i decided to call it a night but on the last cast i got a cod longer than the ruler so decided id have another last cast :lol: well i had 2 hours of last casts and another 5 keepers.

Really nice spot u found :)
Was also down in youghal green park last night testing my new rod. All i got was 3 coalfish all about 34cm. Gordon beside me got couple cods and 3 other lads got nothing just a doggy.

excellent johnpicked some bad month to head to nz allmy gear is packed up!getting very tempted with your posts tp have a chuck!when your good your good nice size aswell.

well done mate another good result was down myself last night with a mate we had 6 codling up 3lb and a few coalies we wanted to fish the carpets but there was a ship loading so the gates were locked so we went a couple of hundred yards up to the right
