I've posted a link to this thread at a couple of friendly Angling forums, mainly from Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Slovenia and Croatia.
Let's just hope the general gist of your post comes across. I'm sure it will be received positively by the majority, its only the few who refuse to comply with (unwritten) rules and turn a blind eye to the great picture.
Anyway, a few converts are better than none at all, and let word of mouth (or shame) spread and make these people outcasts in serious angling circles. Over time these guys will get the message and hopefully will start to learn from their mistakes, even if they might not be aware of them at all today. Education and information is the key here, it might take patience and willpower - but don't give up. Be a good example and if you are questioned - explain why.
It always works, and I'm speaking of experience. Nobody wants the hassle of a confrontation.
In that sense - keep up the good work and congratulations for having the courage to bring up this topic!

Gerb. Redakcija

dear, editor
My name is G. Vaitekūnas, I'm from Monaghan, probably already have we heard that the courts are crowded with cases concerning illegally taken fish in lakes, rivers, canals, but the problem ran even to the sea.
While at sea, and few existing rules, they only apply to salmon, sea trout and sea bass species, and for a few species of sharks aswell.
The problem is that the native Irish forums there is a significant perturbation of (non-nationality) activity, not one or two articles have been written about how, without any respect for their words (the killing), even juveniles, even the first spown received no fish just the sight of all. I myself have two years have participated in the forum at the time I'v fished with their Irish players, and just as a read's pathetic is the denigration of our people, as neisprususiais animals arrived ymanoma remove everything from their countries, it is clear not only that the Lithuanians and Poles, Latvians , and so on ...
I myself probably as low fish just captured and maintained as words (dry) on the beach really is a lack of respect for nature, the country and its people.
Some of those species are territorial and slow-growing species such as. Ballena wrasse, wrasse corcwing Lith. (lupotis)
not to mention the fact that commercial fisheries have seriously undermined the ocean, but a lot of fish live in the coastal zone and which we are responsible and we all have fishing there.
I am writing you because I have been talking to some fishermen who are looking for help wherever it can find, has been referred to the Ministry of Environmental Protection, but do not know how they can significantly contribute to follow up because of all the Irish Sea and the Atlantic Ocean coast requires huge funds at present probably not too
So if you think that there may simply quit as far as instructive article that at least some could provide information not only for fishing in fresh and salted waters but the current situation I ask you to answer another question for my posts in any case, so can I send to you several articles of the board so you can better imagine what I'm about.
but do not want to forget that the Lithuanian community there are many magnificent anglers which very respectfully and with respect and take into account existing laws, prepare fishing competitions and other events, it's just wonderful
I have a little fished freshwater to me more to the heart of the sea but there are laws even though they do not write but still belongs to respect them

With Respect

Laba diena, gerb.

Gal išties ir geriau- tuo tarpu Jūs man atsiųstumėte straipsniukus. Jeigu visdėlto pavyks kur įterpti į kitos savaitės numeriuką - įdėsime į šį. Aš būtinai Jums pranešiu kaip galima greičiau.
Ačiū Jums

Well done guys. If all FN's had the same outlook this wouldn't have even raised it's head. You're setting a great example
