Report:
With work & the crap weather getting in the way of my fishing the past while

I just about got out to wet a line over the past few weeks but luckily managed a few sessions to keep me sane

with the first one back at the end of August at low water which can be very though going at this mark but with a bit of luck I did Hook & land a nice Garfish

on the third cast so happy days, spun on for another twenty minutes or so but the tide was to low at this stage so moved a half mile down the coast to try for a few wrasse in the gully’s but they too were few & far between

with just three fish showing best just under 2.5 pound so I switched back to spinning for the turn of the tide & after thirty minutes hooked & landed three Pollock biggest 3 pound weight, no big fish around but still good to be out for a cast.

Was ment to be a Wrasse session but that was ruled out due to massive swells & tons of floating weed around most of the rock marks

so I hit a local pier to try out a bit of bottom fishing but it was very bad for three hours not a fish in sight until I luckily pulled in a lump of weed with a nice flounder on the bottom hook, blank saved

Managed to talk the women in to going for short hour session at a rock mark I wanted to try for a while. Arrived to flat calm sea on a filling tide so instead of spinning I just fished the bottom with a pully rig & after ten minutes had nice coloured Dogfish landed followed by a nice Flounder, will be back here again very soon to see what else is swimming around!!!!
