BASS in sligo 8lb


2009 dogfish,Dab,Rockling Pollack, Coalie, Flounder, Turbot, Thorn-back ray, Bull-huss, Mackerel,
BASS, Conger, Mullet, Pouting, Codling Ballan Wrasse

Targets for 09- Bass any size in the north west.( mission accomplished)

Cheers lads. The ray was a little unexpected. Caught in a couple feet of water in the pitch black... nearly dragged rod and me into the atlantic... Already planning our next trip.

Well done lads great session fishing and that is a lump of a ray fair play for landing it and holding on to the rod as well, what was the hit like.....
Species 2012: Flounder, Whiting, Dublin Bay Codling, Coalie, 3 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Bass, Dogfish, 5.2lb Starry Smoothhound (PB), Twaite Shad, Thornback Ray 5.8lbs (PB), LSD, Pollock, Ballan Wrasse, Cork Wing Wrasse, 43cm Flounder (PB)

Species 2013: Coalie, East Coast Codling, Smoothounds, And hopefully a back opp to get back fishing soon...
