People:Just Me

Duration:3.5 hrs

Tide:Highwater down

Weather:Windy, showery, fair swell running

Bait:Lug and sandeel

Rigs:Single hook paternoster in the rough, 3 hook flapper at distance over sand

Results:Nothing, not even a bite over sand, 2 corkwing wrasse, 1 sea scorpion, 1 3b rockling and 2 small pouting in close in the rough. Pretty poor haul! All fish came to the lug.
