26-9-11 that wickla beach again again

People:me and then some :shock:

Duration:too long

Tide:BIG

Weather:OK

Bait:peeler

Rigs:two hook clipped down

Results:two schoolies and one solitary coalie ,the other lads got a few different speices




Report:bass bug has returned :oops: very quiet till the last quarter of the rise with weed commin and going all night with the coalies going somewhere else to feed :cry:

Great crack and nice bass Roger, seemed like a mini fishin comp! but I would have won the most weed section!! :D

We were just down from you lads and blanked. Too much weed. Missed two decent fish on the first two casts so taught we were in for a bumper session but wasnt to be. Tried abit further up and there was no weed but no fish either!
Maybe next time.

Nice to meet you rodger, great bass did you stay long after.... and creep think I won that title for the weed....... There sure was a few of us on the wickla beach!!!!!!, Glad to say I didnt blank. Weed will be on E-Bay soon..... :P

Species 2013: Coalie, East Coast Codling, Smoothounds, And hopefully a back opp to get back fishing soon...

only stayed another cast after yea left both baits came in untouched ,that is a sign that tea and dunkin is imminent!

fair play roger even with me blanking it was a good night will be heading back to the same spot 2moro night now that the winds have to pick up a bit from the south hopefuly with betters results

i say a little prayer every night for some nice earsterlies but these voodoo dolls and headless chickens in the shed dont seem to be workin :?: think budda is next on my list :wink:
