west Cork 15.09.2011.

People: me

Duration: 16:00-19:00

Tide: low 14:00

Weather:nice

Bait:lures

Result:2 Bass,1 polock

bauhgth a new spinning rod yesterday and cant wait to try it,so hit da beach nt far away from home,first few cast,rod looks doing it job perfectly,happy for that,in mind thinking would b nice to get first bass on it,after half an hour mind turns to bass :lol: after that one polack,cant fish anymore from da rock which i was standing on,so start spin from da beach and another hit on "x 140",that was nice fight,it was 4-5lb bass,so happy about rod,happy about session :D

Species 2012: Flounder, Whiting, Dublin Bay Codling, Coalie, 3 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Bass, Dogfish, 5.2lb Starry Smoothhound (PB), Twaite Shad, Thornback Ray 5.8lbs (PB), LSD, Pollock, Ballan Wrasse, Cork Wing Wrasse, 43cm Flounder (PB)

Species 2013: Coalie, East Coast Codling, Smoothounds, And hopefully a back opp to get back fishing soon...

good results der man, nice rod aswel :)
2011 species: pollock,mackeral,coalfish,whiting,codling,conger,flounder,dogfish,pouting.Not bad for my first few months fishing :)

2012 species: Coalfish (13), Bass (1), Rockling (5), Ballan wrasse (2), Pollock (57), Dogfish (8),
Whiting (1), Conger (1)

thanx,very bad for bottom fishing,but posible to find some spaces for spinnig

I was looking at these in halfway angling, Dan there seems to rate them very highly and to be fair he rarely puts people wrong.
How do you find it?

absoliutely briliant,so far,cast very well for 8ft,get on rock 5lb bass with no problem
