Ireland's Eye

Hi Lads,
Fished the back of lambay yesterday - Using feathers but no joy. On the way back stopped at Irelands Eye, Just at the back of the martello tower where the rock pinnacle rises on the Ebb. Fished hard on the bottom looking for a few mackeral for bait. Got codling, 1 around 1lb the other about 1.5lb. Finaaly got 4 nice mackeral just as we were leaving.

How the hell did you cast out as far as Lambay? I'd need to be on a boat to get that far! :shock:
