hook sizes

Can somebody give the heads up on this please,,what is the minimum hook size allowed in I.F.S.A events,and in club comps run by I.F.S.A affiliated clubs ,can the club decide,I was under the impression that 4,s were minimum allowed ,regardless

nothing in the rules about hook size!only three hooks allowed and a treble hook counts as three

nothing in ifsa rules, but clubs can still make it a rule in their own competitions if they so wish
