waterford mark on wenesday

lads i am heading down to waterford on wenesday morning early to fish for the day with my father who is not very mobil so a beach mark would be great we hope to hit some bass if we could the forcast is for sth/sth west winds and the tide is around 3pm lw at dungarvan any info given will not be passed on to anyone else if needed a pm will do if yous dont want to put up on the public forum
