any ray being caught on the upper parts of the shannon yet this year?

I haven't but any of the lads I know haven't been out fishing it. You might get the odd loner in the upper estuary but personnelly I'll be targeting the outer estuary marks this month in the hope of bigger fish. I think this cold snap might slow things up a bit though.

got my first one in mid march last year so ill be hoping for a repeat of events this time round. at least the dogs will be returning anyway coz im sick of scratching for pin whiting
