Hi guys,
Can't stand the Baltic wastelands any longer, so I wanna do some fishing! Flying over to Cork for next weekend 11/12th March. Intention is to fish Monkstown on the Saturday and if it's good, Sunday too. Any of you guys gonna be around that way??

Drop us a PM/Email mate, Ill be there! Havent fished it in a couple of weeks but last outing wasnt bad at all with around 40 fish landed. Quality wasnt great with most of the codling around the pound mark with the odd (slightly) bigger fish in between but good crack all the same.
Fluff chucking is the new black..... Rampant Wreckfish is a fly angler in denial

Lads,
Have been at the wall for the past two weekends. It seems to be petering out a small bit with more small fish and less in the 2-3lb bracket although they are still there. Spent a few hours down in Youghal at the Abbey last Sunday, quite a lot of codling in the river with a few sizeable fish falling to crab.
