hand warmer
sence the lose of my colman i trie useing a biscute tin filled with nitelights to keap myself warm only works in calm dry nights but just thought it was a good cheap way of keaping warm
the other way is to use those recargble hand warmers but there a hastel to boil up and i nerly always forket them

I suggest gloves and/or pockets :lol: . While gloves may be forgotten pockets are less susceptible to loss, unless of course you've forgotten your coat, in which case you shouldn't stay out :roll:
In extreme cases, such as the early onset of frostbite, I suggest using your knackers :shock: . That's right and I'll say it again, "use your knackers" :shock: :shock: . Drop your hands down your trousers and after the initial retreat of the knackers to your throat, the hands begin to warm. Obviously pay heed to your surroundings, you never know who might be looking 8) .

use yours or someone near by you tilly lamp (ask first lol)
Put a few stones from beach on top of lamp in no time free hand/pocket warmers.
Saw a fella in scotland dig small hole in sand and fill with warmed up stones then covered with sand put his beach buddy on top and it was warm inside.
It was the stones or the amount of work needed that got him warm.
