Specimen Weight:5lb

Irish record:9.1lb

Location:Rosscarbery

Bait:Bread

Rigs:float

Report:Caught this fella during my recent trip to Cork

It was actually my first fish of the trip

and weighed in at 5.05lb

Still have four months mullet season left so i`ll be trying hard to get my three for the year

I`d move down there in a heartbeat

I lost a big fish while fishing for the GG mullet on the beach... it took 100yards of line before the hook straightened

i had to try and slow it down before i lost all my braid
