Thornbacks - bling or no bling

i no theres already a post on this,but i just want to know if you use beads, blades, spoons, etc when fishing thornbacks from the boat. thanks.

i always use a spoon when looking for raymond .and have been the only one to get one on several occaisions when others were not useing one

Used these in Cahersiveen at a Rosies competition the dogs went mad for them but I also caught a few ray as well.
