streedagh point 06/07/11
People:me and my mate
Duration:7am-noon
Tide:high
Weather:warm and calm
Bait:lugs and lures
Rigs:all sorts
Results:1x pollack and big load of ballan wrasse
Report:hit a road straight after work around 5am, arrived to the mark just before 7am. we dugg some lug worms and walked down to the spot over the rocks.
we started with feathers and lures, but with no luck, then decide to try for some wrasse, once bait hit the bottom and first wrasse is cought then again and again same way all the time.
i haven't count many fish we,v got, but i'd say good 60 between us
when tide reached highest level i decide to make few casts with the lure, got one pollack and that was it, every time i reel lure in it brought pale of weeds with it was very hard to make it trough
then around 12.30 we packed up and headed for home, we haven't sleep all night and long jorney was ahead
