People:FRIDAY- CHARLOTTE AND I. SUNDAY CHARLOTTE DENISE AND I

Duration: AFTERNOON BOTH DAYS

Tide:DOWN

Weather:CALM

Bait: LURES AND MACKERAL

Rigs: FLOAT

Results:FRIDAY CHARLOTTE- 11 POLLOCK/COALIES MYSELF 16 POLLOCK/COALIES
SUNDAY CHARLOTTE- 03 COALIES. DENISE 13 POLLOCK/COALIES. MYSELF 16 AGAIN




Report:
Few hours to spare both days and with the weather being nice and off work i had to take the chance to grab the light gear and jump down the rocks.
both days we spun and had a few fish and then it went dead so changed over to float and soon started to catch pollock and coalies. not alot of size in them but good sport but charlotte had a coalie nearly 4lb on the friday just to rub it in again.
Got back at her when we went home to down load the pictures off my iphone to find i had my thunb over the lenze.oops sorry charlotte. lol
All in all a good couple of days lite fishing as a family just to get out in the sun.

Have been busting for a float session myself, sounds like a couple of nice early summer sessions you had there. would be great not to catch doggies for a session and use the light gear too. Btw very well done to Charlotte as that was the best Coalie i've heard of this year so far, hopefully the shoals of the good ones hit soon.

Well done good summer session, nice to feel a bit of heat over the weekend. Seems to be plenty of pollack to be had all over the antrim coast, long may it continue.

good session nicki we were a dunseverick saterday and sunday never seen ya, we were at th rocks when u walk straight down from the carpark we had a good session too, well done!!!

I was up on the left of you mate, saw your blue rod rest sitting there about 4pm sunday but didnt see you. were you over on the right of it where you climb down

good to see you back out catching again nicki 8) and well done charlotte on the big coalie. a 4lb'er would have gave a very good account of it's self on the spinning gear. so well done on keeping him out of the kelp 8) 8)

cheers mate. the coalie was a minno to the 8.9lb and 6.6lb pollock she had last year. she is good at rubbing it right in.lol

good fishing mate. have to get out a run round the port again or head up to your local beach at castlerock for a a bash at it. havent had a run at it yet
