headed out to a new mark in conamara ,lovely deep clear water mark over a sand. first cast a doggie, second cast bang the rod tip double over , a pollack landed to 4 and a half pound i know i said sand yes it was and pollack over sand, the third cast same again this time a wrass to 3 pound left me woundering these type of fish over sand.... they the doggies took over doggies ever cast after that...... ERRRW. THE PICTURES ARE OF TWO DIFFERENT FISH..........

Nice spot, plenty of rock around to attract the pollack and wrasse,somewhat a sandeel haven attracting the roving fish.

nice looking venue alan,,theres alot of those type of marks aroung the conemara area,,,has to be flats in the sand with the possible ray,,well done,,nice report
