I used to get them from
Caterworld
C3 Nangor Business Park
Nangor Road
Dublin 12
Ireland
between 6 & 8 euro for a 2Kg box! Price depended on the brand, but California was the one I usually bought. You get around 60 calimari squid in a 2Kg box! If you go there, you'll find them in the row of chest freezers. They don't always have stock, but if you're near there, call in and see.
If you do buy a big box, leave it out to partially thaw for a couple of hours. Once you can start to get a few squid seperated, you can either wrap them individually in clingfilm or put two or three in small bags so that you can take a few out to go fishing. When you freeze them again, spread them out in the freezer so they freeze faster. The fresher the better, so don't let them thaw out too much.
