Specimen Cuckoo Wrasse - 23rd June

#1 Post by Pat »

Species: Cuckoo Wrasse

Specimen Weight: 1.25lbs

Location: Cork

Bait: Mackeral

Rigs: Sabiki's

Report: Well done to Danny Kane (aka ROADRUNNER) of Cobh SAC who landed this fine specimen cuckoo wrasse of 0.57kg. This is Danny's first specimen and as you can imagine he's over the moon. In fairness Danny has put a lot of effort into specimen hunting over the last few seasons and it now looks like its starting to pay off! What gave great satisfaction is that Danny landed it from his own boat 'Sandra Anne.'

Wearing of personal flotation devices on pleasure craft (other than personal watercraft)
6. (1) A person on a pleasure craft (other than a personal watercraft) of less than 7 metres length overall shall wear a suitable personal flotation device while on board an open craft or while on the deck of decked craft, other than when the craft is made fast to the shore or at anchor.

So is his boat less than 7 metres? is he at anchor?

:D :D :D :D
