Any Macks in Dublin Bay

Hey all,

Will be Tope chasing this weekend. Are there any sign of Macks in South Dublin yet. Will be fishing the Greystones area.

There's a post in the 'Mackerell reports 2011' thread reporting a few mackerel caught off Dun Laoghaire east pier last week...

Hit and Miss at the moment, have heard of a few being caught but we have been out of Greystones a few times (last time was Friday gone) and not had any.

i had 8 for the day last friday in howth kevin .havent been able to get out since. so much for our heatwave

i heard of a few caught off Dunlaoghaire piers yesterday , also a few under bray head last week end near cable rock

Will try the usual spots and Bray head while I'm at it.

Got two, guess they were tourists, at the mouth of the harbour in Dun Laoghaire on Monday.

Will be out tomorrow so if anything stirs will let you know.
Might try down Greystones way on saturday so might see you out there, try channel 10.
