Charter Boat from Bangor

#1 Post by rh90 »

New to this forum so first of all hello!

I'm a keen fly-fisherman-mainly freshwater, but do a bit of bass and mullet fishing also- but know very little when it comes to boat fishing.

I want to organise a charter boat for a days sea fishing for a group of guys who have mostly never fished before and was just wondering if someone would have any advice on who to go to or have a phone number for a suitable company. I'm from Carrickfergus so Bangor would be the handiest option.

Tried Bangorboat last year and we had very little success. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks,
Ryan

I wouldn't waste your time heading out from bangor, fishings extremely poor unless you just want a mackeral bash!you'd be better headin for ballycastle or portrush!would recommend sean mckay from ballycastle!
