I had received very friendly advise of a suzuki dealer in westport.

I then asked him on the cost of a service on my outboard.

I was amazed when he told me about 100-120 euro.

I now will be going to this dealer in future as some others are to expensive.

The yard is just at the Artane roundabout. If you are coming up the Malahide Rd from town just go through the roundabout in Coolock direction. There is a little turn about 10mts past the roundabout. The lads are in the industrial estate there. They do not work on Mondays.

just got the boat back today from the lads in ddm . like you said twinkle sound guys who know their stuff ,even fixed the search light which i forgot to mention to them . had the outboard serviced and a light fitted over the deck for some night fishing and a few other bits and bobs. all sorted in a couple of days . plenty of advice and useful tips too. feel a lot safer now heading out.
so just like to say cheers twinkle for putting them up here

I've now merged the topic from jim's link into this one. For clarity & ease of reference.

So, it'd be pretty pointless clicking on that link now in jim's post.
