met up with the travelling fishing adventurer mitch for a spot of fishing hit a pier first picked up a small bass each then headed to a beach for more serious fishing good sets of waves coming in weed was in annoying quantities light enough to fish but still there , moved around the beach abit to try get some clear water. about 11 spotted my line way off to the right and dropping fast hit into a good solid fish great fight in the surf reckon it was about 9lb in half decent condition

Nice fish Sean , conditions earlier in the night at the other spot were ideal,shame the bigger ones didnt show there, you did well to get that with all that weed, lovely fish though, well done.

Monster of a fish, been out all weekend in wex , seas fairly rough buy can not seem to hook up to a bass at all in the last month.
