Rigs:

Results:4fish landed including 1 specimen of 1.12kg 8)

silver belly with green back with red and black spots, an old one that used to belong to my late Dad, LOST THE FECKING THING :cry: .

nice fish there john.quick question was thinking of heading for an attempt at them tomorrow is it worth it after the rain today, was talking to different people some say to much fresh kills it others say it helps whats peoples idea of this?

window of only a few weeks might well be gone by the end of may.

i dont think the rain should affect things that much, it was raining when i got my specimen :wink: i didnt taste the water but id say the salinity down there is very low,go and make the most of it.
im going to try get down again in the next week or so myself :wink:

Congrats on the Specimen John.

I went up for a drive there today, was talking to a few anglers and no one had a fish all day, it was very windy up there too.
