New image on Google for East Cork

#1 Post by RockHunter »

There is a new image up on Google Earth for the East Cork area (Inch to Ballinwilling). It is a GeoEye image (0.5 m resolution) and is recent (2011). It looks to be close to low tide so should be useful for checking on marks. It shows more recent sand/rock cover compared to the OSI aerial photos - good for looking at the present geometry of Ballybrannigan for example.
