west of ireland mark 23-04-2011

#1 Post by saving private brian »

People; myself and tex(terry)

Duration; 00.30am-07.00am

Tide;going then coming

Weather; gorgeous moonlit night

Bait;macks,lugs,razor,sandeels

Rigs;pulleys,pennel pulleys,flappers

Results myself i had one small schoolie bass and had a couple of doggies,,,,terry had 1 schoolie,,1 9lb bass and dogs

Report;havent really being reporting lately but meself and terry have had some great little sessions,,,i just said id throw this up to keep people ubdated that i am still fishing  ...we planned this for a while,,,,,drove to this surf mark on the west cost of ireland to find no surf but we still fished it and as you can see we got a few fish out of it,,,,,terry had the biggest with a 9lber that he managed to pull out of the calm moonlit water,,,,probably would of had more success if we had a bit of surf,,,it was my first bass ever so was chuffed,,,,,,hope to get a few bigger ones later in the year
