daiwa vulcan 13ft what are they like?

hi lads i am buying a vulcan x 13ft just woundering if anyone has used this rod or give me some insight as to what they are like it is second hand but in good con. any info shared i would be greatful thanks

Its an old rod at least ten years since they were being sold I have one but stopped using it when I started fishing with the
reel down, It's a nice rod to use good bite detection and I think its rated to 200g. It has the reel seat fixed up the butt and that annoying foam on the butt section, I paid 180 in 2001 I think
