Real reel problem

#1 Post by anthony byrne »

Right lads I recently got a power handle from Paddy here on the site ( thanks Paddy very generous) for my Abu 6500 mag. The problem I have is I've rung the top of the small screw which holds the locking plate onto the nut. Ive drilled a small hole through the centre of the screw but it still won't budge.any suggestions ?

It's prob 2 ml in diameter . Don't want to drill the hole too big and ruin the threads.

what you need to do is get a hack saw and cut it to fit a flat head screwdriver, otherwise you'll have to drill out the hole and re-thread it (actually not as hard as it sounds)
