Does anyone ever fish these spots any more, I have never seen a report on either.

You wont get a spot on it during the summer, Pat.
Wouldnt be too good now, obviously, but you get your usual pier-caught mix during summer. Used to be brilliant for the mack's, although didnt try it out last summer.

I used to fish it years ago when I lived in Pearse st, we fished along the half moon stretch for bass and the top for whatever else we could get.

Left night shift and got there about 5 am last summer, fished with some pollack gear, never caught a sausage. place was living with mullet.

I bit the swivel of my line and then started to think about where I was fishing promptly left as i believe some reporter caught salmonella doing something similar. 2 bottles of coke, half a bottle of Listerine and some funny looks outside nearest newsagents.
