Anyone ever bought fishing gear from lidl ?

Ive read poor reports about aldi
Species 2010.(2) Doggie, Cod
Species 2011.(12) Dab, Coalie, 5 Bearded Rockling, Whiting, Doggie, Pollock, Shanny/Common Blenny, Silver Eel, Mackerel, Wrasse, Sting Ray, Cod

Species 2012.(5) Sea Scorpion, Pollock, sand eel, mackerel, corkwing wrasse.

Had a reel from Lidl and it was desperate the spool kept coming off,one time i had a realy good fish on down in arklow and when i was trying to adjust the drag the hole reel literally came apart :shock: and as you can imagine the fish went with it,if your going to get anything from lidl id go for the bananas or buncakes :P.You realy do pay for what you get
