creevy pier 21/02/11

#1 Post by grady »

People:me and my mate

Duration:5pm-1am

Tide:rising and droping high tide 20.06

Weather:calm and dry

Bait:mac, squid, salted lug, razor

Rigs:pulleys, flappers

Results:loads of small colies,2x 3b rocklings for me, 1x wee waiting for my mate

Report:arrived on pier 4.45pm slowly set. fishing was slow till a darkness and then when dark fall first baits start showing,
my baits were big in size so could't hook the fish as i was expecting some codling witch haven't arrived, i decide to reduce it size and it works :) small colies start to come in on pier with hughe numbers as baits hit the water colie on straight away, bussy night :D
we were happy to be bussy even with the small fish this time of the year
i have to mention that around 7pm well i thing so, Pete from here arrived and join show of colies, but he didn't stay to long
nice to meet you Pete
another man supose to come, but unfortunatly his car broke down on his way  , shame about this, but no worry always next time will be :D
