He said he'll have frozen crab and there's a slim chance of fresh so I couldn't order any

Yes, the above's perfect, was talking to John O'Brien and he said lug/frozen blacks and mac is as good as anything here :)

Saturday will be mostly dry with good sunny spells and just the odd shower. The top temperatures will be 9 to 11 degrees in light to moderate southerly winds. But it will become cloudy on Saturday night with heavy rain along the west coast and scattered outbreaks of rain elsewhere.

Looking good weather wise. How's it fishing down there at the moment, any decent codling or will it be flounder mainly?

I'm planning to get there but I'll be running late.

I'd advise anyone travelling to bring a large rubbish bag with them.
This a very muddy venue and the chest waders will not be a pretty site at the end of the day

As has been mentioned, there is a man missing in the river near by.

After considering our options, we are moving the competition to Monatra, Ferrypoint,Youghal.

Fishing 3pm-7pm.

Meet up from 1:30 pm

Sorry about the inconvenience but I'm sure everyone understands given the circumstances.

http://www2.aaireland.ie/routes_beta/

Use: dungarvan to ferrypoint kinsalebeg

Also watch for the petrol station on the right hand side of the road after the the turn off's for Ardmore.

After the petrol station take the left hand turn,

Drive to the cross roads. Less than a mile

Turn right and when you get to the mud flats on your right hand side follow it to the small cottage

Thats the venue

bring all baits

I'm on 087 7457999
