People:me kevin and john

Duration:from around 5 till half 9 kevin till half 11

Tide:high at 8

Weather:calm but very cold the car said -4

Bait:fresh lug, mack, sandeel and kevins seafood mix

Rigs:flappers and pulleys

Results:dabs, very small whiting and rockling




Report:fishing started off well with small dabs being caught off all first casts and was constant with dabs getting bigger to about 25-30cms, john was cold so we decided to make a small fire and fished on over the tide when things started to get a little slow, john retired to the car, to cold and kevin and i fished on pulling in massive 6 inch whiting, dabs and kevin with a large rockling, at half 9 i packed up and headed with john, kevin stayed and fished with a fish a cast some of them had jumpers on it was so cold, well done kevin for fishing on 8) 8) 8) a nice night of constant fishing and even picked up a new rod and reel, thx davey :lol: i cast it today and am happy no birdsnest

the sheep were lookn at me funny tho couldnt work out if they were thinkn theres no fish around here or they found out i,m half kiwi :shock: :shock:

was hoping for a bit of surf but when we arrived the sea was glassy calm with only a small shore break, a nice nite out all the same
