Waterfoot Beach 26/1/06

Haven't fished this mark for over a year now and after last nights performance i can't wait to get back.

Fished the beach in front of the flat roofed house, with 11 others.

Called into to Jimmy's on Larne for the rag and macker's. Set up with 3 hook flappers and clip down rigs.

Started fishing from 5 - 10pm.

Took 7 fish in total. 4 Counting: 1x Plaice(early one) 2x Flounder and 2x of those chineese fish the y ting. One of which measured 28cm.

Ended up winning the comp with total length of 136cm. All-in-all not a bad nights fishing for me.

Anybody catching any dog's.......havent seen one in ages......is it too cold for them to come out of their kennels.

hi neill regarding doggies i got one last week on glenarm breakwater sat 21/01/06 on rag and mackerel on a clipped down pulley.im heading down to slate on sunday 29/01/06 if you are intrested

I haven't seen a doggie for ages myself.....

Heading out tomorrow, Garron Point and Red Bay, going to try a spot of float fishing tomorrow, weather permitting.
