People: me , jc & the ghost
Duration:14.00--1745
Tide:15.00
Weather:dry light s/e
Bait: white rag, lug , mack , sandeel
Rigs: flappers
Results: 27 dogs , 1 stray mackerel , 2 poor cod , 1 whiting, and 1 coalie
Report:we decided on a mark for a few cod that is usually a dog hot spot in summer , due to the ghosts advice that there would be no dogs about due to the cold weather and we should get thru to a few cod and guess what we were rewarded with double shots of dogs .
in daylight we were getting some crackin bites and ghost lost a crackin fish in the weed on the retrive before he got a double of dogs , i then also had a stonkin bite but no hook up and after baiting up i then got double dogs
jc had a nice coalie before he also got into the dogs , followed by a poor cod double shot and more dogs .
i then got a good sized mack on lug that gave a good account of its self over the weed , we all had a few more dogs coming onto dark and surprisingly the fishing died of with the dark and we decided to make tracks .
not a cod in sight and all ghostie cud catch was dogs after his preminition of a dog free day .

Well you had busy time with the dogs anyway Rab, I got one dog today in Redbay, a codling which I'm sure was all of 5oz!!! 2 coley and a dab(closer to 5 grams).
You had a good session even if no codling.
