Hey folks I'm just looking for a good guide to tides in ballyhack, would i be right in saying go between the high tide in Dunmore east and the high tide in checkpoint

Im think its roughly waterford minus 20 mins.

If you have tides for Cheekpoint, you're spot-on. Ballyhack is just a stones throw down river from there.
