Results:6 straps. 1poor cod. 7 large whiting also many under a pound released. 1pouting


Report:

WE got there a bit after high and fished down. A hell of a wind blowing and heavy rain to boot..
The strap's weall about 7-9pound and taking very small mackerel baits over the left side.
was hoping for cod on large lug baits but no real luck there.
We fished a beach near by the following morning got up at 4.10am
and were rewarded with 2 bass and a nice place 1 whiting.

Hi Derry,

Just wondering how did the slipway look? was it blocked up with boats and crab boxes?

Could you tell if the slip had been limed or did it look slippy?

The pier look good no boats ar boxes blocking it. As for been limed don't know but it is not that slippy anyway.

its a small conger
if it cant get its jaws round a 1/0 its not worth catching [ mullet excluded ]
