Re: looking at getting a boat..advice please
I would look more to the 165 than the 150. The difference is huge. The 165 is a superb 2-man boat 3 would be fine as well if there is not too much gear and all are tidy.
Budget is the key. You will probably spend more than you plan so make sure you allow for the "other" bits and bobs that will be needed as well.
Also in the 165 category:
Predator 165
Pilot/CJR
Explorer Elite
Samuari
Orkney Strikeliner
Orkney Fastliner (The Orkneys are not as fast as the others above but are capable boats)

I would rather a 165,
3000 euro is very cheap sounds too cheap and too good to be true....
Does it have a engine...

Damien, I've been lucky enough to own a 165 for the last 5 seasons and can vouch for their sea worthiness. Brilliant for two or three as Jim says, and fantastic if you have kids are they are very safe. You do need a 50hp or 60hp engine to move them though. There are bargains to be had out there but beware if it sounds too cheap it usually is for a reason. Hope you get what you want and happy safe sailing when you do.

I Have a Warrior 165 since 2006 and its a great boat.Couldn't reccomend them highly enough, extremely stable, great with the kids and I have had great fun.It is a great sea boat the 150 is too small,Best of luck in your search.
