Split Rings Help

I've been trying to change hooks and add a split ring or two to some lures but the little fiddly are driving me nuts! Has anybody got any handy tips for easily adding the split rings to the lures and hooks?

Yeah get yourself a pair of split ring pliers, it makes the job so much easier.
