ferrypoint,youghal 16-10-10

People[/ me,father

Duration:4pm-8:30pm

Tide:low

Weather:very good

Bait: fresh peeler

Rigs:various

Results:lost count of codling,1 coalie,1 flounder




Report:fished ferrypoint last evening very good fishing biggest codling of the session was about 3.5 lbs another new pb :D
alot of other fishermen were there it was very busy.caught one foul hooked flounder.my dad lost a big enough fsh just as he got it to the bank.we looked at the hooks and they were all rusted and the barb had gone :evil: .caught about 25 codling in total.
very good days fishing

sounds like you had some good fishing.

did you find that that fishing in daylight was better or worse than when it got dark? I am planning a trip down there later in the week but want to be fish during the day time

I taught dusk was best just at low tide
