Duration:18.45 to 20.30

Tide:high 17.28 5.5m

Weather:gale force wind and dry

Bait:feathers,mackerel,squid,sandeel

Rigs:feathers,2 hook flapper,conger trace

Results:4 pollack,2 coalfish,2 dogfish




Report:when I left the house the wind wasn't too bad but when I got to the pier the wind was very strong and it was splashing water up on the pier
i was thinking about moving but said i would have a few casts and on the very first cast caught a pollack

set up the bait rod,couldn't even put it on the rod stand because of the wind had to tape it to the railing
started to get bites as soon as the bait hit the bottom,had dogs,pollack and coalfish all on sandeel and squid

packed up early as the wind got a lot stronger
