making my own club

i was interested in making my own sea angling club but dont know wat way to go about it has nebody ne ideas on how i would achieve this.

SPIECIES LIST(2013):: SEA TROUT, (1st) BASS, SPECIMEN PLAICE (3lb), DAB, LSD, FLOUNDER, SHORE ROCKLING, COALLIE, POLLOCK, STARFISH, PAINTED RAY, BULL HUSS, THORNBACK RAY, 1st LURE CAUGHT BASS. 3 BEARDED ROCKLING.

If you want to Affiliate to the IFSA then you will need to apply to your provincial secretary for registration forms.
You will need a minimum number to set up a club, 12 senior anglers I think it is.
But contact your provincial secretary and they will put you right.
