ive a dory and would be interested in something like that ,seen a few on line they could be make up from perspex or something similar they clamp to the side of the boat

I bought to 10mm chopping boards from ebay cut them to size and screwed them together..

very neat looking job kenny well done you should start marketing a few of them .id say it would work out a lot cheaper than the one s you buy from marine shops and they look sturdier as well.i love the rod holders included with the wooden one sean veeery nice 8)

I think you can buy one that fits into a rod rest holder
