Which Lens

i recently got my hands on a canon 350d dslr and im looking for a new lens.i've had a look at these two budget lens so has any info on them plz

Wouldn't touch either of them to be honest.

I would be looking at an 18 -135mm or an 18 - 200mm like this one http://www.comeuro.net/webshop/product. ... stseller=Y

Don't buy that one though as your sensor size is a little too small on the 350d.

sorry forgot to say i was looking at these more for the macro.as i have a canon 18-55mm and a kodak 80-200mm which came with the camrea

For Macro, go with a prime Macro. I believe the cannon 85mm with Marco is excellent. No zoom function, but if your macro objects are still you should be fine and will get better results. What are you looking to photograph?

I have the sigma lens which is not to bad in decent light and is cheap as chips
I use it for the odd football game and the like
I want a 70-200 2.8 nikon but as I dont use the long lens much I cant justify the price tag
Here's an example from the lens at 120mm at 200 iso F4
