Glenarm Habour Antrim 04/08/10

#1 Post by brubaker19 »

Just me:

3 hours:

Slack and an hour before - after:

Clear:

Mackeral:

conger:

Nil:

Fishing at night for a few hours - specifically for conger but no bites even. Just off the break water on the harbour side. Lot's of dog fish however so I guess if people are interested in catching such:) they are about - suggest small pieces of mackeral with suitable hook.

Was wondering if there are any Conger in Glenarm or are there better marks, I travel up from Bangor but have had two fairly unsuccessful trips. Is there a specific mark in the harbour that people can suggest

First report - I hope this is ok

Strangford Harbour, Portaferry Harbour, Bangor Harbour? They all spring to mind as better Conger Marks....
