Great fishing and great report well done. I was down there myself from Sunday, managed only 2 shore sessions and 2 boat sessions but got bass up to 5lb around Kilmore and had smoothies a bit further up the coast from where you were camping. I haven't seen crowds fishing on the bridge like that since I was a kid. I can only imagine the damage that is been done to the bass stocks as they run that gauntlet :evil: There is no place on earth I'd rather go fishing than Wexford, as along as the weed stays away! A week of good weather and good fishing makes me want to move home.

great report roberto great read and even better fishing,good work with the gps, pity it could'nt be used to zap a few of those so called fishermen on the bridge :evil:

I was surprised to see trawlers working the north banks of Wexforcd harbour, what's the story there....

Mussel Dredgers. They take seed mussel from along the east coast and "plant" them in Wexford harbour.
Those things can operate in 6 feet of water or so..

not as surprised as i was when i say 2 trawlers working together dragging a net all day at bettystown ,could'nt have been more than 2 miles out. is that legal :?:
